Creamy, cheesy goodness… Pimento Cheese is perfect as a side dish or appetizer, and also goes great with any picnic or potluck! Pimento Cheese is of my family-favorite recipes, and my kids often request it when we have get-togethers. This comes together in just minutes, and your whole family is sure to enjoy it!

To increase the health and deliciousness of this recipe, I prefer to use homemade mayonnaise. Traditional Cooking School has a simple, delicious mayo recipe that I’ve used for years. I also love to eat this with homemade Sourdough Crackers. Yummy!

Pimento Cheese
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/8 tsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 4-ounce jar pimentos, drained and chopped
- 2 tbsp green onion, minced
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together mayo and chili powder until blended.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Chill for a few hours.
- Serve with Sourdough Crackers, your favorite crackers, or raw veggies.
