Two-Week Menu Plan: Lunches
- Sprout Bag: This is my new favorite way of sprouting while on the road and at home. Be sure to rinse several times each day when using a sprout bag. This bag also works great as a salad spinner. (Be sure to “spin” outside and not standing next to your husband. Mine did not appreciate the sprouting-bag-turned-salad-spinner shower.) I purchased my bag from Sprout People, but they are widely available.
