Grass Fed Beef: Bar Double L Beef outside of Glenrock. I have visited their ranch. Many of the cattle are born on the ranch. All are grass fed and finished then processed in a USDA inspected plant. Also the home of Mary Ann’s Beans-Gourmet bean soup, seasonings and dip mixes.
Produce: Casper offers two farmer’s markets. Downtown Casper Community Farmer’s Market (Tuesday evenings, starting end of Julyish and running through end of Septemberish) and Casper Farmer’s Market (Saturday mornings, end of July to end of September).
