Grass Fed Beef: Bar Double L Beef  outside of Glenrock. I have visited their ranch. Many of the cattle are born on the ranch. All are grass fed and finished then processed in a USDA inspected plant.  Also the home of Mary Ann’s Beans-Gourmet bean soup, seasonings and dip mixes.

Produce: Casper offers two farmer’s markets. Downtown Casper Community Farmer’s Market (Tuesday evenings, starting end of Julyish and running through end of Septemberish) and Casper Farmer’s Market (Saturday mornings, end of July to end of September).  Also, Grant Family Farms out of Colorado will have seasonal weekly CSA delivery to Casper. The produce/products will be coming from Colorado but will deliver locally. Phone number 970-568-7654

 Wyoming Custom Meats, Inc.:  Hudson. Locally born and raised beef, lamb and pork. They process on premises in their 5,000 square foot slaughter and processing facility.

E Z Rocking Ranch: Near Gillette. Grass fed beef, fresh ranch eggs, free range chickens, free range heritage turkey’s, pastured pork, Waygu/Kobe beef.

Running Water Farms: Evanston. Grass fed beef, pastured pork, pastured poultry, and free range eggs

Heart Mountain Valley Ranch: Cody. 100% organic beef.  They often run specials on their ground beef. Contact me for information on how to reach this producer.

Dorsey Creek Organics:  Otto. Organic beef cattle, dairy cattle, pigs, various grain crops, garden produce, hay, hoop house gardening.
